What is culture?

Culture means the cultivation of the human mind "civilization" can also be used to depict a culture of a complex society that does not belong to itself. Every society, whether civilized or not, has certain ideas and customs as well as certain types of art and art that make them look different. Culture is usually for the development of a difficult culture that includes literature, commercial art, architecture, well-planned religions and complex ideas connected with their elite.

What is a cultural study?

The field of cultural studies encompass a range of theoretical and methodological perspectives and practices. Although distinct from the discipline of cultural anthropology and the interdisciplinary field of ethnic studies, cultural studies draw upon and have contributed to each of these fields A cultural norm codifies acceptable conduct in society; it serves as a guideline for behavior, dress, language, and demeanor in a situation, which serves as a template for expectations in a social group. Accepting only a monoculture in a social group can bear risks, just as a single species can wither in the face of environmental change, for lack of functional responses to the change. Thus in military culture, valor is counted as typical behavior for an individual, as is duty, honor and loyalty to the social group are counted as virtues or functional responses in the continuum of conflict. In the practice of religion, analogous attributes can be identified in a social group.
